Appointments And Scheduling
Appointments may be scheduled by calling 410-266-3613. We will make every effort to respect your time. However, emergencies occasionally result in delays or
changes in our schedule. Please provide 24 hours notice if you must cancel your appointment; this will enable us to offer this time to a patient on our
waiting list. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Failure to provide adequate notice of cancellation may result in a cancellation
fee. Special times for group educational seminars and training are available upon request.
Office Policies
Please bring a list of your current medication and supplements and a referral from your current physician, if applicable. You will be asked to fill out a
Medical History form. Our staff will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have. Please allow at least one hour for your initial consultation.
Our office is handicapped accessible. Payment for each visit is requested at the time of visit.
Emergencies
In case of an emergency, please go to your nearest Emergency Room. While Dr. Weiss may be available on an emergency, he cannot promise this given his
schedule and travel commitments. Therefore, it is helpful to have a Primary Care physician you can count on for routine urgent visits (like sore throats) as
well as to have a plan in case of other emergencies.
Hospital Care
When hospitalization is necessary, our primary facility is Anne Arundel Medical Center.
